Introducing the Fluid Plane

Today we’re making the Fluid Plane generally available. Fluid sits between Serverless and Dedicated: warm capacity pools that keep latency low for fleets that run continuously, without the fixed cost of dedicated isolation.
Fluid is built for support agents, monitoring agents, and any workload where cold starts hurt and traffic never really stops. You set a concurrency floor and ceiling, and Hexel keeps capacity warm inside your budget.
Like every plane, Fluid runs the same governed runtime. Policies, approvals, budgets, and traces all work identically — moving a fleet to Fluid is a configuration change, not a rewrite.
