This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited activities when using Hexel. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Operate agents that bypass governance, approval, or audit controls.
  • Generate or distribute malware, or attempt to breach security.
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or unauthorized surveillance.
  • Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate confidential data.

Agent conduct

Agents operated on Hexel must respect configured policies, budgets, and guardrails. You are responsible for the actions of agents you deploy, including downstream effects on connected systems.

Resource integrity

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits, metering, or isolation boundaries of any execution plane.

Data responsibilities

You must have the necessary rights to any data you provide to agents and must not submit data that is unlawful or that you are not authorized to process.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, other customers, or third parties.
