A Hexel Fleet Unit (HFU) is a single, normalized unit of account for agent compute. It abstracts model tokens, tool calls, and execution time into one fair, predictable metric across every plane.
How does metering work?+
Each governed action accrues HFU based on the compute it consumes. You set budgets per fleet, and Hexel enforces them in real time — pausing or denying work that would exceed a limit.
Can I switch planes?+
Yes. Serverless, Fluid, and Dedicated planes share the same runtime. You can move workloads between them without changing agent code.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Team and Scale can be billed annually with a discount. Enterprise agreements are billed annually by default.
