Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Hexel platform (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, including our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Services
Hexel provides a governed runtime for operating AI agent fleets, including orchestration, policy enforcement, approval workflows, execution planes, and observability. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and access tokens, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe security or integrity of the Services is at risk.
Acceptable use
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, or operate agents in a manner that bypasses governance, approval, or audit controls.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect, including usage metered in Hexel Fleet Units (HFU). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes to your payment method.
Customer data
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services. You grant Hexel a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum.
Confidentiality
Each party may access confidential information of the other. The receiving party will protect such information and use it only to perform its obligations under these terms.
Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexel disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty days of notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
